Meet Alexis Pandolfo
Pediatric Dental Hygienist • Myofunctional Therapist • IBCLC • MAMA

Welcome! I’m Alexis Pandolfo, a pediatric dental hygienist, myofunctional therapist, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). You could say I’m a little obsessed with oral function—and that’s because I’ve seen first hand how something as small as a tongue tie or a mouth-breathing habit can create big waves in a child’s health.

So I’ve dedicated my career to learning everything I can about oral development, airway health, and feeding—especially during those early days when tiny mouths are still learning how to latch, breathe, and grow.

Supporting the Littlest Ones
My heart lies in working with infants and young babies, especially those navigating challenges with tethered oral tissues (like tongue and lip ties), reflux, food allergies/intolerances or feeding difficulties. I provide gentle, informed, and faith-rooted care for families during these tender, formative stages—because early support can change the tide of a baby's entire journey.
Rooted Therapy for Growing Kids
For children ages four and up, I offer myofunctional therapy with a whole-child, root-cause-focused approach. My work supports healthy airway development, better breathing, clearer speech, and strong oral habits that ripple into every area of wellness.

Educator, Advocate, & Wave-Maker
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll often find me teaching, mentoring, and empowering other professionals. I offer continuing education for dental teams and help practices build and grow their own TOTS (Tethered Oral Tissues) programs, bringing clarity and confidence to those working on the frontlines of pediatric care.
Beyond the Office
When I’m not working with families, you’ll find me with my greatest treasures—my two boys and baby girl.
We live near the lakes, but we love to chase the ocean breeze whenever we can. Collecting seashells with my kids is one of my favorite ways to slow down, connect, and soak up the simple beauty of life.
Most importantly, my faith in Jesus isn’t just a part of my life—He is my life. Everything I do, from guiding first feeds to calming nervous parents, is rooted in love, purpose, and grace.
